Great service, used their website to pre-order flowers to pick up next day. Everything went smoothly and paid the shown amount (including a priority fee). At the pickup I did not have to wait and was told I was accidentally charged extra. Was offered extra items or a refund. Opted for refund and was refunded to original payment method. Great service, highly recommended.

Fantastic Service, I spoke with head office regarding an order and had a range of different questions, the lady who was dealing with the order was just brilliant, I can honestly say this is the best flower experience I have ever had. A company that actually cares about their customers. Thank you so much for helping today. I will highly recommend you to friends and family. Thank you Leanne

Used Katherine’s florist many times. I’ve purchased many stunning bouquets 💐 for special occasions throughout the year for friends and family. Their staff are really helpful and can help you make up bespoke flower arrangements in the shop. And if you are in a hurry they often have some lovely bouquets already made up and ready to purchase. They did let me down once on Valentines Day a couple of years ago though. Apparently it was a busy period and the flowers never arrived. Oops. My only main issue is the lack of parking bays nearby. The Main Street has double yellow lines and the bays nearby on the side street are for residents. There is a car park nearby though on the opposite side of the road 100m away.

Great service. Booked online and paid extra for next day collection. Was the quick and was told I had been accidentally charged extra. They offered some more stuff or a refund. Opted for a refund and was followed up the next day (did not have to remind). Would definitely recommend.

I live down south and use Fantasia for all my flowers for my family. I nor the recipients of the blooms have ever been disappointed. Great value for the price and superb now you can order online. Cannot recommend them highly enough, fab to deal with to and very caring whist sending difficult flowers. Great team - thank you 😊

Have used this florist shop for 20+ years, most recently for a bereavement last month, & the flowers & service has always been exceptional - haven't let me down yet. It's lovely being able to order with confidence that the flowers, whatever the occasion, will be the best they can be. Very reliable.

Tips - Caring for your flowers once they are delivered

Placing your flowers in vase half to two thirds full with lukewarm water, will help closed buds to start opening.

  • Be careful when un-wrapping a hand-tied bouquet as it is delivered in a water bubble to keep the flowers fresh.
  • Arranging your flowers in cold water should be avoided as this can reduce the their life in the vase.
  • Avoid puting flowers in metal or aluminium containers - glass is ideal. Keep your flowers in a cool location, away from draughts, direct heat or sunlight. Arrange once unwrapped
  • Your flowers may take up to 24 hours after being placed in water to reach their full potential.
  • Strip off all excess foliage and leaves below the water level to reduce any harmful bacteria within the water.
  • Bacteria can block the stem and stop the flowers taking up the water.unwrap. Flowers like their stems trimmed. So, trim them, at an angle with a knife (rather than scissors) by an inch or so. When trimming stems, always cut at an angle of roughly 45degrees; this increases the surface area allowing your flowers to absorb more water.
  • If a Rose starts to droop at the head, re-cut the stem, wrap the head in paper to support it upright and plunge 5cms of the stem into boiling water for about 30seconds. Cut the stem again and place in deep cold water for two hours.trim

Most orders are accompanied by a sachet of cut flower food which will encourage buds to open and help to prolong the life and beauty of your flowers. Top up regularly with water and flower food, removing any fading flowers. Ensure the floristry foam used in arrangements is moist and topped up daily; this helps to prolong the life and vibrancy of your arrangements.
