Very Very friendly, Much more than your average bank. Always walk out of the branch with a smile on my face. Never had a dull visit at this branch. More banks should take a leaf out of these guys book. They are just fab. Love going to this branch of TSB. Keep the good work up guys.
Friendly and efficient staff. It is very good to have a local branch.

I recently moved to Gateshead and so have chosen Perfect Smile as my dental surgery. I am not a fan of going to the dentist (I mean who is?!) and have had lots of bad experiences and unreliable dentists in my life. However my faith has been restored since coming to this surgery. I am seen by Dr Jasmine, who is a lovely woman and is very gentle, informative and made me feel safe and comfortable. I had three fillings fitted today and was initially very nervous but I felt I was in good hands and actually felt extremely relaxed throughout the whole procedure. I’m usually someone who lies there with my eyes wide open watching everything the dentist does however today I was so relaxed and chilled out I just lay back with my eyes closed and was very comfortable. Definitely would recommend this surgery, try and get Jasmine if you can!!!!!
Felt at ease and had a excellent MOT on my gnashers. The practice has a reliable and knowledgeable team. I have been with this practice for over 60 years through the Whitehead and Dunlop days right up to today

I have been going to phil brantingham for years as I am a nervous patient, he and all of the staff at savile dental practice and deneholme practice make me feel relaxed and at ease.
My dental requirements are dealt with by Dr Brantingham. I have always had in my opinion the best attention from him and have no hesitation in recommending his services. Philip Dudgeon.

I have been very pleased with the prompt, efficient and personal service I have received from the NHS as coordinated by Dr Gall over the last 6 weeks. I was aware of my symptoms, and self diagnosed, and received a prompt appointment from Dr Gall, who explored alternative explanations, and arranged all the necessary tests. When the results came back she arranged a prompt appointment (that day!) at the specialist clinic, and she has kept in touch as follow up, including her phoning me herself to check how things were going. I have consulted at least 2 of the other GPs at the practise over the last 10 years, all of which I was happy with, but none of these were for serious conditions such as I have now. I am very happy with my experience of the NHS when I need it, and of the help I have received from the Heaton Road Surgery in particular. Many thanks.
Good doctors but its getting to see one that's the actual problem. Often have to resort to the drop in as I can't wait 2 to 3 weeks .

The Freeman is without doubt one of the best hospitals in the north east. Myself and my family often go here for various check ups and recently a number of operations. At no point could any of the staff or facilities be faulted. Given the opportunity we would all choose the Freeman over considerably closer and more convenient options.
Having just been admitted as an emergency patient I was treated extremely well by all the staff in Ward 2. My surgeon Mr M.Johnson was also very good. I was also admitted last October when I had my prostate removed after a cancer diagnosis. The care given on both visits was excellent.
Clayton Rd, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 1JP, UK – 0191 281 6131
I had surgery with Mr Woodcock. Staff were very helpful & the surgery went well. Can’t praise the surgeon enough. He took time to explain the whole procedure at my consultation & my pre op was carried out by a lovely nurse & tests by a Dr who was busy on the wards, but came to do my blood test within minutes of being called. Definitely no waiting around for hours . Aftercare is absolutely 100% amazing. I’ve used other private health before & they were total utter rubbish. The Nuffield might be a tad more expensive, but it’s well worth it for the care & attention paid to you during your stay & all your consultations & surgery. 11 out of 10 from me!!
Everyone is so welcoming from the time you walk through the door to you leave, they explain and describes everything they are doing so you are at ease all the time. What a fantastic place and staff and there are nice hot or cold drinks when you want one really really good experience.

I visited this church when Housefires where performing, I think it might of been last year. I had an amazing time and really felt Jesus was with us. I bought the CD and spoke to some amazing people who Love Our Lord and Savior with True Hearts. Thank you, you are all amazing people. I pray Jesus Changes you from the inside out, this message is for everyone not just believers. None believers and believers alike will one day all see the wonder of God and every knee shall bow to Jesus.
An amazing place that I’ve called home for 13 years now. From the amazing welcome to the inclusive community this is a place you’ll be accepted with open arms.

5 stars... out of 100 stars. people were too friendly and sincere, sermon was too engaging and gospel centred. also, lack of proper cupholder infrastructure in the pews.
A friendly, warm community with truthful teaching.

Make sure you have the items you want to dispose of sorted into the correct skip. The staff will keep you right. This is a very busy place and you can sometimes wait for up to half an hour to get to the dumping place. It frequently closes early when the skips are full.
Clearly labelled skips, easy to get rid of stuff including broken electrical goods - just ask the staff where to go if you're not sure. Do check the opening hours and check the council's Facebook / Twitter to see if it's had to close early - and be prepared to wait in a queue if you turn up on a Saturday morning!

Amazing Service, never let down, When ever a issue always to whom to speak, all bad reviews MUST BE client issues rather than them . Opening in future to more branches, will definitely use only Cheaperwaste Ltd. highly recommended.

Went here for a work night out. We were a large party and seated on three long tables. Food was excellent although I feel a little pricey. Waitress service was OK but somewhat slow. We waited a long time for our food especially between courses. I would have thought more staff should have been working as the restaurant was very busy. It was still an enjoyable evening.
Marco Polo is a pleasant Italian restaurant in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne. There is a surprisingly large dining space spread between rooms and floors. The food is very good and there is a wide selection. I cannot fault the service or level of hospitality, but this is certainly not a place to go if you're on a tight budget.

After a recommendation from a work colleague I decided to take me and my family for a meal out at this restaurant. Called to book a table in advance as it is a popular choice especially at the weekend. And it was certainly busy. The staff I spoke to on the phone where very friendly and efficient. The food is delicious at this restaurant. No question about it. The only issue we had was or main course took about an hour to arrive. Which gave us time to bond as a family but is still a bit of a wait. Although understandably busy. The food eventually came and I made the staff aware of my concerns about no one really apologising nor communicating the delay. From this point they turned things over and went the extra mile to ensure we where happy and taken care off. They apologized profusely. I do think it was just an oversight on their part on this occasion with the busyness so I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
There were olives and 2 sauces out when we sat down, garlic and chilli, some might prefer fresh ones brought at the time. To start we had the hummus which was nice, they swapped out the bread for cucumber and tomatoes to meet dietary requirements. They also reassured us that in around 1 months time the menu should reflect gluten and dairy free options...which in all fairness the waiter pointed out anyway and there was plenty of choice. The beetroot hummus wasn't as nice as the chilli one, the texture was less smooth. For the main we had the 'King' and chose the vermicelli rice. The king was a good mix of chicken, lamb, pork and beef...i think! By that I mean it was tough to decide what some of it was...not that it didn't taste really nice, it did. My only gripe was the pork was really dry, we didn't eat much of it. On a whole the meal satisfied. My apple juice was on the house! Cheers :) oh and no room for dessert.

Really lovely meal 5star service 5 star quality 5star surroundings! Will definitely go back can't fault a thing. Very very popular which is a good sign and lots of customers welcomed by first names lovely touch. Prices really good meal for 4 with drinks and extras £75! Not bad for a Saturday night and take away available. Really lovely night
A great Indian restaurant with attentive staff and a good range of dishes on the menus. Even with a party of 10 all food came at the same time for everyone. All starters served within 20 minutes and the mains followed at a reasonable time after. Very fairly priced

Such an amazing nursery! Would recommend them very highly: Lovely friendly staff who can’t do enough to help you… There’s such a great atmosphere you can see why the same staff have stayed there years and years Delicious healthy food for the children each day :-) Always different and interesting toys and activities planned… probably why they got an OFSTED outstanding assessment! I also think it’s really helpful that they’re open longer hours than most nurseries: 7am-630pm My twin boys go there and they’ve always loved it… in fact even if we walk past on a non-nursery day they’re pointing at the door wanting to go in!

Chillingham Rd, Newcastle upon Tyne NE6 5XX, UK – 0191 265 5940
Well this was a great primary school when I finished here in 2009/2010 I had a memorable child hood and i attribute this to the experiences gained at this primary school. The teachers are very nice and also are keen to teach. I learnt alot about life from my peers and teachers and was pushed to do well. 8 years on its 2018. Im going to study medicine at St Georges in London starting in September after finishing highschool and sixthform in heaton manor school in 2017. Mrs Elliot was very good back in the days. And the new headteacher will bring in new ways to make this primary school the best one around. Everyone gets along. Very good place.
Fantastic school, which has become even more fantastic in the last couple of years since the new head and a few new teachers arrived bringing some fresh energy and ideas with them. Very learning-focussed, but in such a rich and deep way - learning about life and about the world not just what’s needed for SATs and ratings. Families with all sorts of different backgrounds and from different places around the world... people from all walks of life. Bullying virtually nonexistent due to the culture and ethos of the school and very good pupil policies.
